Job Description

Develop and manage the AI lifecycle on AI projects.

Build Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) environments, perform synthetic and real-world data collection/curation, and interface with scientists and PI/PMs performing AI research and algorithm development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and sustain strong software engineering processes on multiple AI-centric software and modelling projects.
• Develop and track metrics for experiments and performance over time, integrate subsystems, deploy and monitor success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in AI software engineering.
• Experience and familiarity with Python, C++, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Agile software development tools and techniques, self-hosted AI software services, e.g. Weights and Balances (wandb), GitLab CI/CD, GitLab runners, Docker/containerization.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
• S. citizenship; active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000 - $264,000 + bonus + benefits.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
