These challenges await you :

  • Evaluation of AI methods in the context of Systems Engineering Processes, Methods & Tools
  • Definition and leading related studies in Valeo projects to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency of selected methods in practice
  • Development of a framework to apply AI methods in Valeo Systems Engineering, define related methods and support the deployment
  • External scouting, contributions to conferences and external networking
  • Hands-on support and technically lead of related activities in platforms and in a multi-discipline and multi-Product Line / Product Group environment
  • Support developing Valeo’s future Systems Engineering strategy
  • Continuous improvement of Valeo Systems Engineering methods and standards
  • Deepen Systems Engineering specific expertise across Valeo by sharing knowledge and best practices in internal Wikis, Workshops and Training
  • Perform activities in compliance with Valeo internal and applicable international standards

You inspire us with that:

  • Outstanding Masters degree in engineering or computer science, physics or mathematics
  • Deep Knowledge in AI Methods.
  • Good knowledge in Systems / SW Engineering and Functional Safety advantageous.

Professional Experience in the following fields is advantageous:

  • Experience in engineering of electronics embedded systems
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering tools (SysML Tools like Enterprise Architec or Catia Magic, Doors, Code Beamer, Polarion, …) and supporting processes tools (configuration, variants, change management, ... )
  • Mastering engineering norms like ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO15288, …
  • Knowledge of engineering organization and related interacting disciplines: system validation, functional safety, automatic control, software, mechanics and electronics
  • Good skills in Project, Change and Configuration Management management
