Job Description

The objective is to identify and remove experience pain points and conversion barriers to ensure users can and want to complete digital journeys e.g. opening up a new bank account, requesting a mortgage proposal, making investments or completing self-service tasks such as change home address in E-Banking etc.

Your service catalog focuses on personalization and optimization, and leverages multiple techniques and tools to achieve these goals, including multichannel analytics, experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests) and SEO. As a senior optimization expert, you help sales, product and marketing teams to maximize the impact of every client interaction, identifying opportunities and frictions from a wide set of data. You strive for tailored experiences on ubs.com and authenticated channels.

Responsibilities:

· maintain a clear understanding of business goals and user needs by analyzing existing systems and understand the new needs of the business/audience to identify and articulate actions and opportunities

· act as a representative for both points-of-views, client and business, conduct research on usability and customer experience, and present solutions, ideas, and recommendations that serve the requirements

· drive and champion the growth of optimization, personalization, and experimentation programs within agile teams

· partner with UX research team, data science, analytics, product and design teams to build consumer empathy while putting consumer needs centrally

· conduct analysis to identify current challenges, frictions & opportunities to improve customer journeys and oversee and contribute to the development of the screens

· continuously research and strive to understand audience needs better and improve the existing systems

· monitor site speed, accessibility and mobile friendliness, providing inputs to constantly improve

· evangelize a data-driven and client centric design culture

Your team

Platforms and Channels UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for new talents. You`ll be working in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Experience Design. In our agile organization you will be collaborating with design, product, channel, and client need teams and support the organizational transformation toward a client centric design organization and shape client experiences while working agile in in the Channels & Platforms team in our Wrocław office – working hours can be split between UBS office and work-from-home setup.

Your expertise

  • ideally a university degree (preferably in UX Design, Behavioral Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analyst) and equivalent qualifications with a focus on data analysis, inferential statistics, user experience KPI tracking, user behavior, digital marketing or a comparable discipline

    · at least 3 years of work experience in that field with excellent communication and presentation skills

    · leadership and transformation experience in conversion rate optimization incl. the development and implementation of A/B-test experiments.

    · exceptional prioritization and stakeholder management skills

    · strategic and analytical thinking as well as pragmatic decision making with a record of accomplishment of using analytics and client insights to create impact at scale

    · understanding of the relationship between UX, UX Writing, Information Architectures, behavioral economics and SEO

    · thorough understanding of interaction and user interface design and human factors

    · strong analytical skills and experience in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Decibel Insight, Adobe Launch, Searchmetrics or similar tools) to gain meaningful and actionable insights

    · understanding of graphic designing and UI designing concepts

    · excellent English skills (speaking and writing); German skills (understanding) would be beneficial

    · knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other UI development tools is a nice to have
