We’re looking for a Automation Software Engineer skills to:

  • collaborate with our internal clients and stakeholders (both within and outside of the delivery organization) and develop a solution, strategy, and roadmap for their challenges
  • analyze business requirements, then design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices
  • perform integration testing of solutions into larger subsystems and the extended automation system
  • design, document, develop, test, and deploy scalable, and robust windows desktop console applications which automate business processes
  • drive and extent your skills towards cognitive solutions as well (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing/generation etc.)
  • have a mindset focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, challenging the status quo; intellectual curiosity to continuously improve solutions
  • have the ability to efficiently and appropriately estimate work effort requirements.
  • maintain and improve existing methodologies, toolkits, and capabilities (e.g., RPA) and contribute to the development of new initiatives
  • bring relevant expertise in order to identify, structure, and implement initiatives that drive impact across the organization (e.g., process optimization)
  • regularly communicate with product owners, crew leads, and stream leads to ensure full transparency and collaboration on development process

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management, Europe Domestic Change the Bank & Automation team in Wroclaw or in Krakow. The team is responsible for running and implementing Projects to support EU Domestic location in their Digital Transformation and Maintain the Bank activities.

You will work in an agile and innovative environment, and support driving digital transformation efforts within the largest Wealth Manager in the World.

Your expertise

You have:

  • bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, programing or related fields
  • more than 2 years of professional experience in Python sotfware development
  • experience in automating web applications + webscrapping (Selenium, BeautifulSoup etc.)
  • experience in automating desktop applications (Pywinauto, Pyautogui etc.)
  • experience in analyzing large amounts of data (Pandas, Numpy etc.)
  • basic knowledge of SQL databases and practical experience in data structure design
  • experience in VBA based applications build in Excel or Access
  • basic knowledge in RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere 360) - nice to have
  • basic knowledge in Alteryx - nice to have
  • experience in working in a dynamic Agile delivery environment
  • the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills
  • experience with facilitating workshops, fostering idea generation is an asset
  • fluency in English (French is a plus)
