We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager who will:

• contribute to strategic digitalization and transformation initiatives of our Bank and in particular generate impact by driving the AI agenda for Group Compliance, Regulatory and Governance (GCRG)
• closely engage with senior management and stakeholders across the bank to identify and specify opportunities for the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions applied to non-financial risks
• define requirements and functional specifications in close collaboration with the AI model developers team and business stakeholders
• manage AI products and services from ideation to operative deployment
• ensure continuous alignment with product/project sponsors, model validation units and IT to prepare for the solution transfer to end-users and model maintenance teams
• report on a regular basis to senior management on realized benefits of deployed AI solutions
• keep oversight on a fast-growing portfolio of AI products and services, identify opportunities to expand coverage of available solutions

Methodologies and Models within Group Compliance, Regulatory and Governance (GCRG) is a recently established unit which uses state of the art AI/Machine Learning based products and services, covering the entire non-financial risk control and compliance space. Our mandate includes the design of the next-generation methodology set as foundation for the AI development pipeline in an end-to-end responsibility. We are an ambitious team, with a startup setup and entrepreneurial spirit, embedded within a global financial institution.

Your expertise

• master's degree in Business Administration, Economics / Finance or any Quantitative Discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, either as Product Manager directly within a large financial services provider or from the perspective of advisory services
• sound understanding of banking, compliance and operational risks, processes and controls
• knowledge of business requirements specification, ideally with experience in Automation/Digitization or AI/ML related products
• proven project management skills, agile mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
• fluency in English required, other languages (e.g. German) advantageous
