The Autodesk People Analytics Team is looking for a driven and naturally curious data science intern who can hit the ground running in a fast paced, complex environment. You will work with the team to develop and deliver strategic organizational insights using data mining, machine learning, and statistical interpretation. In this role you will help People & Places (PPL) reach its goal of having an industry leading People Analytics team, the project will focus on using data from many sources to create a method for ongoing research and analysis of Autodesk’s most important asset, its people, as well as general industry trends in markets around the world. You will be a key member of the People Insights team, working to understand the desires of our people, measuring the impact of key changes, and communicating this information across the company.

About the US Intern Program
The 2023 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 22 – August 11 or June 12 – September 1). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes end of March. Our Internships align with Autodesk’s Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized base salary between $20,300 and $35,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
