We are currently seeking a People Insights Business Partner to join our People Insights team to build and evolve a world-class people analytics function at Autodesk. This is a critical position within our People & Places (PPL) organization responsible to help drive our mission to empowering employees to achieve the new possible through actionable insights from data for better decision making.
If you enjoy interpreting data to inform decisions, are skilled at providing reports that support business activities and have a systems and data focus, we would like to hear from you. Reporting to the Senior Director of Autodesk's People Insight team, the People Insights business partner's primary focus will be understanding the needs of our internal customers insights needs (People Business Partners, COEs such as total rewards, organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition, business leaders) and marrying those to existing and new People Insights deliverables. This is a remote position based in either the United States or Canada.
