Job Description

The Senior Healthcare Analyst at ExlService.com, LLC in Jacksonville, FL will develop, evolve, deploy, and manage analytic and reporting services and processes, ensuring that deliverables meet the requirements of customers and SCIOs business goals and objectives. Coordinate and prioritize analytic projects including client communication, planning, and identifying operational process flow. Perform advanced data analytics including monitoring performance, query development, opportunity assessments and trend identification using programming languages such as C# .Net, SQL or SAS etc. Utilize knowledge of big data technology and programming tools including Hadoop, Hive and Python. Deliver results with analytic insights, interpretations, and recommendations; present them in a professional manner with a high customer service focus using reporting tools. Review analytics deliverable; identify and resolve data issues and provide recommendations for investigations. Implement improvements to services and provide clear program recommendations to other departments (internal and external). Design, develop, evolve and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with governance policies. Propose solutions, technologies and

processes that will improve efficiency and enhance the reporting platform.

Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related IT field and 3 years of healthcare analytics software development experience (will also accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of the same experience.) Within the required experience, applicant must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: 1) MS SQL, MS Visual Studio 2015, PL/SQL developer tools, 2) SSIS, SSRS and SAS, 3) MSSQL query fine tuning, 4) SAS Modeling, 5) .NET (ASP) 6) Tableau, 7) C# and VB.net and 8) Hadoop, Hive or Python
