Market Intelligence Management / B2B Client Management.

The candidate for this position must demonstrate solid technical knowledge to successfully develop and implement advanced analytical capabilities in the B2B business units of the operators. To do this, you will work as a team with local and global BI units, identifying and incorporating external data sources, developing advanced analytical models and tools, ensuring effective implementation in local systems, both in infrastructure and in business systems (CRM). , campaign managers...).

Main activities and responsabilities. 

At Market Intelligence our vision is to build “Data centric” competitive advantages in the B2B units of the OBs by specifying:

  • Develop technology in the field of web information capture (crawling engines, scraping...) with the aim of building an enriched and georeferenced knowledge base of companies from across the market.
  • Develop, together with local and global BI and business planning units, a community of high-impact use cases and collaborate in the implementation and assurance of results in operators.
  • Technically provide B2B units on the use of Market Intelligence in the B2B field to generate value in commercial activity.
  • Participate in defining the strategy for the use of big data analytics and GIS for the B2B segment.
  • Identify new big data analytics and GIS technologies that best fit the needs of the B2B organization and may represent an opportunity. As well as comprehensive management with suppliers.
  • Evaluate the quality and correctness of the available internal data, as well as new sources of external information (Open Data, third-party providers...)
  • Train and transfer knowledge so that the OBs achieve independence in all processes.
  • Precise analysis of data sets using algorithms and the latest big data and GIS technologies, as well as performing data queries to business intelligence information systems in their different database technologies.
  • Business vision for the development of intragroup products and services in the B2B segment.
  • Programming scripts in different languages ​​like Python.
  • Deep learning and machine learning techniques for text mining applications, clustering analysis, recommendation analysis, outlier detection, predictive analysis or similarity searches, as well as different modeling techniques that help transform the B2B segment.
  • Develop and implement databases, data analysis and other strategies that optimize data quality.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work with other areas to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate and define new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Spatial analysis that optimizes available technical facilities and future deployments.
  • Data visualization.
  • Comprehensive project management. From the definition to obtaining the impact and its presentation to management.

Required academic training

Engineering and IT Areas/bachelor's degree.

Specific skills required

  • Analytical skills: Data mining, analysis evaluation, visualization.
  • Effective communication, assertiveness and empathy.
  • Bring technological solutions closer to the business.
  • Orientation to results.

Technical knowledge

  • Experience in the design, development and implementation of Machine Learning models.
  • Visualization tools (CARTO, Tableau, PowerBI, ArcGIS, PostGIS...)
  • Structured databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) among others.
  • Deep Learning techniques and the use of AI frameworks

Professional experience

  • Demonstrable experience of more than 2 years, linked to areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Innovation
  • Valuable knowledge for the definition and management of data and analytics infrastructures.
  • Demonstrable experience in spatial/geographic business analysis, as well as visualization.

Languages

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Intermediate English
  • Portuguese: Desirable
