Job Description

POSITION MISSION

Provide support and participate in strategic projects in the commercial and pre-sales field within the IoT GSL, ensuring their correct execution from opening to final delivery. Strategic projects include those that, due to their complexity, their impact on income in the short term or their perspective and consolidation of income in the medium term, require comprehensive and specialized management. For this purpose, it is essential to carry out an exhaustive work of cohesion of all the areas involved in a strategic project (ie product, pre-sales, technology, operations,...) thus ensuring the correct achievement of a final offer to the client.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Comprehensive management of complex projects at a commercial level
• Active dialogue with all areas of the GSL (product, technology, sales, pre-sales,...), other areas of Telefónica Tech, as well as with the local business units (OBs)
• Search for concrete solutions for complex cases in commercial projects. You will work from the identification of the opportunity with the help of the commercial team, to the delivery and defense of the final offer to the client. Along the way, you must qualify the opportunity, take the necessary requirements, propose robust technological solutions that respond to the client's needs and build the offer with the help of specialized pre-sales teams.
• Advice to BDM and pre-sales units to enhance and improve dialogue with end customers through POS
• Inspire and give Perspective to the Client, with Use Cases, Market and Industry Data in particular of the Client
• Support in the defense of the Technical-Economic Proposal of the offer, both internally (commercial committees, OB teams) and finally at the client.
• Visit Large and Corporate Clients, providing an expert view
• Work closely with the sales team on proposals and launches for the Telefónica Tech business and more specifically the IoT GSL
• Support for the adaptation of IoT products and solutions to customer needs

REQUIRED ACADEMIC TRAINING

Minimum requirements:

• Professional qualified in Engineering, ADE or similar
• Demonstrated experience in the activities and functions described for at least one year
• Experience in managing highly complex projects
• Technical aspects:
• Demonstrable knowledge in at least one of the main technologies at Telefónica Tech: IoT, Big Data, Cloud and Cybersecurity
• Knowledge of new connectivities for devices (NB-IoT, LoRA, LTE)
• Project management with Agile methodology
• Intermediate English

Desirable requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in managing High Value projects Clients and Corporations
• Business Development of Digital Products with focus on IoT
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales tasks of complex projects involving various solutions in the digital field
• Knowledge in:

• IoT Solutions
• New connectivities for devices (NB-IoT, LoRA, LTE)
• Intermediate knowledge of Big Data and AI solutions on IoT devices
• Knowledge of IoT platforms in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
