We are an expert team of Data Scientists dedicated to the development and implementation of projects based on innovation with a focus on meeting the needs of our clients through data-based solutions.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES?

• You will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects such as El Recommeador or Buscador de Movistar+ , intelligent routing of customer service calls , models to obtain the best benefit from communications with our clients from LLMs, among others.
• You will be a reference in the construction of comprehensive solutions based on AI, ML or statistical solutions to provide innovative answers based on data to traditional business problems (increase in income, reduction of costs, improvement of satisfaction) and the optimization of internal processes.
• You will develop high-impact visualizations with the most cutting-edge tools (plotly, matplotlib, bokeh, ggplot2, Dash, D3,...) that allow you to communicate the Insights discovered to the different areas involved.
• You will implement end-to-end projects, drawing conclusions and agreeing on the KPIs to follow for their correct exploitation and monitoring of profitability.

WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS POSITION?

• Degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP (natural language processing, Transformers, LLMs)
• Experience of at least five years in ML: supervised learning (logistic regression, Bayesian networks, random forest, baggins, clustering, deep learning, XGBoost), unsupervised (clustering, dimensional reduction, ...), time series,…
• Deep programming knowledge: R, Python PySpark, SQL
• Extensive experience with new visualization technologies: plotly, matplotlib, bokeh, ggplot2, Dash, D3,...

• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git and data analysis on github
