The team you will be a part of

We are the Analytics Services team at Nokia, dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions to help communication service providers (CSPs) better understand their customers' experiences. Our Analytics Business Unit develops and delivers insights about customer behavior, preferences, and needs. As a Trainee Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our team's efforts by contributing to analytics projects, helping with data analysis, and collaborating with team members on various tasks. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in the industry while gaining valuable experience that will help you grow your career in analytics.

What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for someone willing to work on challenging UC implementation, which require a lot of exploration of new tools and prototyping.

As part of the team, you will:

• Work on implementing Machine Learning-use cases (ML UCs) and then productionize them through MLOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver high quality, functional ML models and solutions
• Actively participate in team discussions to provide your input and insights on the project
• Work on various projects simultaneously while delivering results within tight deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to your field to enable continuous learning and development

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Proficiency in Data Science
• Experience in Machine Learning
• Ability to code in Python/R programming
• Knowledge of Statistical Modelling techniques
• Familiarity with SQL
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting

It would be nice if you also had:

• Working experience with MLOps frameworks such as Databricks, DataRobot, MLflow, etc.
