The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

You will work closely together with the Market Europe Sales Operation team. You will thereby understand the need of our internal customers.

You will also work together the CX Data Science team, which you will be a virtual member of.

What you will learn and contribute to Planning, development, testing and deployment of CX AI use cases with focus on Market Europe

The type of use case you will work on will center around one or more of the following:

As part of our team, you will work on:

• Machine learning prediction models,
• The use of machine learning to automate the currently manual business planning process
• Knowledge mining and recommendation systems to improve the likelihood to win new business

Your skills and experience

You must have:

• Proficiency developing software probably in python using jupyter notebooks
• Proven competency in agile and lean software development
• Experience in Classic Machine Learning solutions and Machine Learning workflow
• Experience in SQL
• Experience in deep learning
• Experience in natural language processing
• Competency in mathematics and statistics
• Competency in Linux environments and Security
• Competency in SCM (Git), Automation tools, infrastructure automation,
• Competency in Azure, container, orchestration, cloud solutions
• Nokia Business and process understanding
• Effective communication in English (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

• Experience in app development
• Understanding of telecommunication technology and network planning
• Knowledge of macro economics
