Goodrich Corporation d/b/a Collins Aerospace has an opening for a Manager, Data Science & Analytics. This is a 100% remote position.

Domestic and/or international travel 1-2 times per month will be required to all Interiors Sites for business related functions. Locations include but are not limited to other US States, Philippines, Germany, and/or China.

Primary Responsibilities:

• This position is an integral role to the Interiors SAP Team and has responsibilities for managing the implementation of Interiors data & reporting related business processes, enhancements, and solutions (e.g., Database, reports and visualization development, data extraction, transformation, data cleanliness, completeness and sustainability, master data, vendor masters, parts masters, configuration management, engineering interface and business reporting).
• Identify valuable data sources and automate mining/collection processes.
• Gather requirements from functional businesses to design, develop and implement dynamic dashboarding capability using Data Visualization tools such as (Tableau and SAP Business Objects).
• Implement systems and reporting changes, develop necessary training and job aids to ensure end-user adoption of the Data Visualization tools.
• Partner with the digital technology teams to process and ingest data from variety of data sources into Alteryx to prepare datasets that can be consumed by the downstream reporting teams. Create and maintain a data catalog of dashboards and the reporting attributes used within the Curated Datasets.
• Audit database and dashboards regularly to maintain quality.
• Develop Data Analytics & Reporting strategy to meet business needs.
• Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish reporting strategy, vision and priorities.
• Understand business processes and bridge gaps through systems implementations.
• Be a change agent, lead and facilitate improvements with businesses to completion, including resolution and organizational buy-in for process changes.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience as a Data Systems Analyst/Developer or related role. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and at least 6 years of experience as a Data Systems Analyst/Developer or related role would be acceptable.
• At least 2 years of experience with Tableau Dashboard development
• At least 2 years of experience with ETL workflow
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL

The salary range for this position is $148,949.00 to $161,000.00 per year.
