This role will be responsible for leveraging large HR and other related datasets to assist business leaders and HR business partners to make data-driven decisions. To be successful in this role, the individual should be a highly curious and research minded with a strong background in statistical theory and modeling, machine learning techniques, mathematical optimization techniques, and one or more advanced programming languages.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Advanced degree and 7 years of relevant experience. Master or PhD degree in a quantitative field: statistics, operations research, economics/econometrics, engineering, computer science or a related field is preferred.
