Job Description

The Data and Analytics (DnA) team analyzes various types of data generated in EA SPORTS™ FIFA Online 4 and provides data analysis results necessary for EA Korea Studio's game development and decision-making process to effectively develop and operate games. It plays a role in helping. The DnA team, consisting of Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and User Researcher, comprehensively considers and analyzes all processes from data collection to analysis based on expertise in each field to produce more accurate and complete data analysis results.

[ Main tasks ] 

• Data analysis for data-based decision-making in game planning and business model establishment and providing a better player experience through this
• Analyzing data in various ways to derive insights, persuading internal and external members and supporting decision-making through visualization of the derived insights
• Predict player behavior through machine learning model development and support decision-making through this
• Responding to data analysis needs from studios

[ Qualification Requirements ]

• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or machine learning.
• Person with data analysis experience using SQL and Python
• A person skilled in data visualization using several Python libraries such as Altair, Vega, and Panel.
• Those with development experience using Python or JavaScript are preferred.
• Those with basic English communication skills
