Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• The Sr. Analyst, Web Analytics at Quill plays a crucial role in supporting functional leaders in marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, and sales
• By leveraging data-driven insights and analytics, the Sr. Analyst drives growth and continuous improvement strategies
• Utilize SQL and Excel to conduct comprehensive data analysis, enabling revenue and profitability decision-making
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in PowerBI, ensuring accessible and insightful data visualization for stakeholders
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders on performance metrics
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify changes in KPIs and key drivers, generating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing analytical processes and methodologies, driving efficiency and innovation

What you bring to the table:

• Ability to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, employing rigorous data quality assurance measures
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and present them clearly
• Experience working with web analytics tools, analyzing traffic, site engagement, site events, conversion, attribution, and other relevant web analytics concepts
• Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus within web analytics

Must have experience working with a media agency or CPG.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Python, enabling advanced data analysis and automation capabilities
