At SoundHound, we are revolutionizing the food industry with our innovative Voice AI technology, enabling rapid and natural food ordering. We're seeking an experienced individual to lead our Restaurant Operations team, focusing on enterprise customers and drive-thru systems.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the streamlined integration of new customers, ensure a smooth rollout of our solutions to new locations, and supervise the successful implementation of our deployments. Working collaboratively with team members across North America and Europe, you'll be at the forefront of deploying our transformative solutions and garnering vital feedback for product refinement.

This role is open to remote candidates within the USA. The annual salary range for this position is $148,000 - $186,000. Our recruiting team will provide a more specific salary range based on work location and years of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive equity in the form of RSUs and benefits.

In this role, you will:

• Lead project management for technology and hardware integrations between SoundHound and our customers, including POS systems, drive-thru installations, and other restaurant hardware and software
• Define and manage customer timelines, collect requirements, identify risks, and make sure deployments are completed on time
• Work cross-functionally with account management, sales, product, IT, software development, and other teams to ensure customer delight 
• Continually identify and implement internal process improvements
• Visit customers onsite for new deployments as needed 
• Build and lead a team to ensure consistent quality and timelines for our partner deployments

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have extensive experience as an operations leader or project/program manager in the restaurant technology space
• You understand the restaurant ecosystem and how our customers manage the deployment of new technology
• You think strategically but can also roll up your sleeves to get things done
• You are an experienced leader managing people and processes with the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization to accomplish strategic goals
• You have excellent people skills and the ability to establish credibility to attain project, team, and company goals
• You have led integrations with multiple POS systems or developed a custom solution
• You have strong knowledge of on-prem restaurant technology, including drive-thrus
