We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead projects within our voice AI-fueled Smart Ordering product, focused on restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant point-of-sale systems and will primarily be responsible for integrating our voice AI technology into various systems.

This strategic role directly influences our team's growth and the efficient and effective engineering of our voice AI systems. You will not only ensure the robustness of our processes but also oversee the timely progression of our projects and manage rapidly evolving roadmaps to steer work toward successful completion.

A significant aspect of your role will involve collaboration with our international teams based in North America and Europe, who are dedicated to developing the tools needed for our restaurant products to penetrate the market.

This role is open to remote candidates within the USA. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000-$164,000. Our recruiting team will provide a more specific salary range based on work location and years of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive equity in the form of RSUs and benefits.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize processes that enhance the visibility of our engineering work, ensure scalability as we expand, and improve efficiency to minimize overhead.
• Manage engineering roadmaps, incoming requests, and risks, and prioritize the tasks of our engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT/SRE, business development, product, and program teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Continuously seek and implement improvements to internal processes.
• Provide mentorship to TPM and engineering team members, helping establish structures and processes that consistently deliver quality outcomes on schedule.

• You bring knowledge and experience working with global teams in implementing intricate AI systems.
• You are a seasoned leader skilled at managing both people and processes, capable of communicating effectively across all organizational levels to achieve strategic objectives.
• Your people skills are exemplary, and you can build credibility to meet project, team, and company goals.
• You have PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications.
• You have experience in the restaurant or food-service industry.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE or have equivalent experience.
