Job Description

People Data Scientist People Analytics COE of Capgemini Invent is looking for strong Data Scientist candidates with experience in data technology and preferably good exposure to People HR systems platforms

You will engage with clients to advance their people capabilities across strategy process data technology to help them deliver business driven actionable people insights across work workforce and workplace topics e g DEI Attrition Modelling Mobility Future of work Talent Acquisition Compensation Performance Management Workforce planning etc

Your day-to-day responsibility would include helping experienced team members with their projects or managing smaller projects independently

Working with global stakeholders across industries sectors on data related assignments

Identify trends and patterns in people data HR systems for better employee engagement retention and turnover by leveraging statistical models that forecast employee behavior

Contribute to practice development by ideating proposing new assets backed with research creating POC s POV and working on building prototypes

Demonstrate excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to client business leaders

Good to have exposure to Human Capital Management People Analytics tools and Business Intelligence platforms

Primary Skills

• Experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms Artificial Neural Networks Naive Bayes SVM Decision Tree Random Forest etc
• Working knowledge of Pyspark Python R and Big Data Ability to pick up any new language as required

Secondary Skills

• Experience in model training and deployment on any of the Cloud environments like AWS GCP or Azure
• Working knowledge of Machine learning packages like Pandas NumPy Scikit learn Keras TensorFlow
