Job Description

Our starting point is always in the operational issues and you will be a key player in the entire chain from Data Engineering, via algorithms, to production and model management. In addition, you will often be included in the earlier phases of projects; from business and data understanding to model prototypes.

The field of application is wide; from forecasting the number of visitors to amusement parks to warning of anomalies in invoices and optimizing direct mail. As for Machine Learning Engineering, we have a strong focus on Databricks and primarily work with the cloud services Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

Who you are:

• Several years of experience in the role of Data Scientist/ ML Engineer
• Good knowledge of Python and application of Data Analysis and Machine Learning in Python with relevant packages (Pandas, Scikit, Pytorch)
• Experience of working with version management (eg Git)
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• You have a teaching ability and can explain Data Science in an easy-to-understand way
• Academic background in mathematics/engineering/IT with a focus on data or have a background as a software developer who has moved towards Data Science
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English

Meritorious experience:

• Generative AI
• Databricks
• Understanding of the lifecycle of Data Science solutions; from idea to production-ready models in operation
• Production deployment of Machine Learning solutions and tools for MLOps (CI/CD and continuous training) in Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Used software development tools such as Docker to package solutions in stable environments
• Understanding for overall platforms and architectural issues
• Good business understanding, as you need to be able to understand our client's challenges, not just the technical challenges
• Knowledge of related fields, such as Data Engineering and Business Intelligence

As a person, you are driven, business-oriented and you enjoy working just as well independently or in a group. You put a lot of focus on the dialogue with the customer, but are also interested in getting involved in developing us to become an even better workplace. It is important that you are analytical, solution-oriented and curious, have good collaboration skills and easy to communicate. In addition, it is advantageous if you have experience of or interest in holding training courses and workshops. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, because we have a close dialogue with our customers.
