Job Description
Within the France Retail Banking Network Payments Department, the e-Commerce and Merchant Electronic Payment Acquisition team is looking for its future Data Scientist Payments, whose main missions will be to:
- Collect business needs, while being proactive by identifying use cases capable of contributing to strategic objectives, such as the development of commercial activity, the optimization of conversion rates, the improvement of customer journeys , customer satisfaction via business expertise reinforced by data
- Explore and analyze data allowing the experimentation of use cases, thus positioning the future Data Scientist e-Commerce & Electronic Payment Acquisition as a design office in support of the sales forces and support teams
Design value-added use cases:
- Performance analysis, strengths and weaknesses
- Follow-up of commercial campaigns
- Pricing assistance for quoting new contracts
- Improved conversion rates
- Model use cases based on machine learning:
- More complex prospecting lists by machine learning
- Appetite score (product recommendation engine)
- Predictions & Benchmark
- Relationship fragility score
AND IF IT WERE YOU ?
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in Payments or banking.
- You are a graduate engineer with a Bac+5 level in the field of statistical studies and/or applied mathematics and/or modeling
- Knowledge of payments / electronic banking / acquisition, or more generally of retail banking, would be a plus
Technical skills (hard skills) sought:
- Programming languages ??(one or more requesters): Python (essential), R, SQL, SAS
- Big Data technologies (one or more): Hadoop/Cloudera, Spark/PySpark (Python library)
- Relational Database Environment (one or more): Teradata, Alation
- ETL (one or more): Talend, PowerQuery
- Office (one or more): Excel, VBA, Access
- Data visualization (one or more): MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, QlickView
- Data science: Dataiku
