What You'll Do:

  • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
  • Qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for mid-market and some enterprise organizations
  • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel
  • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
  • Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the business

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
  • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations
  • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting
  • Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
  • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation
  • Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management
  • Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources
  • Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations
  • Strong problem-solving and service orientation

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
  • Competitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeed
  • An Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus
  • 3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
