The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

• Shape the long-term vision and evolution for Moloco’s ads quality roadmap and strategy
• Lead a team developing products and features which help target the most appropriate ad for each user at precisely the right moment. Partner with our core ML engineering team.
• Champion the forefront of advertising quality as a Product Director, steering the strategic implementation of cutting-edge predictive modeling techniques
• Lead the development of our ad bidding and targeting strategies
• Identify key marketplace problems, needs, and insights by analyzing massive complex datasets
• Manage and continuously improve key performance metrics

The Opportunity

As the Director of Product Management - Performance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advertising machine learning platforms. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of our ads quality, optimization and performance initiatives.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• Experience driving product development lifecycle (from strategy definition, roadmap planning, requirement preparation and go-to-market)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI, and/ or ML products, including performance, ads quality, ranking, retrieval, auctions, and search.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
• Dealing with underlying complex technical requirements
• Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Engineering, ML, Data Science, and GTM teams.
• Great communication skills
• 9-11 years of work experience with at least 5 years in core product management

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range:

$220,896—$331,344 USD
