The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Sr. strategic growth manager is responsible for building strategic partnership with marketplace customers to make the mutual parties’ success. Will conduct the advisory roles to enable clients to launch their own performance ad business empowered by Moloco’s RMP solution. And suggest optimized project planning and scalable ad policies from the initial stage which are essential to accelerate the ad business growth.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

Strategic growth team work with our clients’ executives, ad business / tech teams and Moloco’s cross functional such as marketing, product managers, data scientists, engineers, ML as well as business operation teams to deliver successful outcomes

  • Build and manage strategic partnership with the deep understandings on verticals 
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations
  • Identify the actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals
  • Enable decision making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications
  • Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage
  • Capture customers’ needs and devise optimized and productive solutions
  • Identify product improvement opportunities by prioritizing customer requirements
  • Lead multiple client meetings and regular business reviews

Here is what you need to succeed:

  • 8+ years of work experiences 
  • Mobile/internet industry, business consulting, performance advertising, ecommerce marketplace experiences are preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills with clients building trustworthy relationships
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to meet customer needs
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders to accomplish business goals
  • Familiarity with data and numbers, understanding ML and technology is plus 
  • Detail oriented, and yet willing to embrace ambiguity
  • Ownership and passions for continuous growth and success 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast growing global company
  • Fluency in English and Korean, proficiency in multi languages is plus
