About the role:

Lead team data analytics team that supports communication, SEO, Share, Web to app, PWA, MEDIA, Campaign management and growth marketing with more than 35 user stakeholders.

as the lead, it will have baseline functions :

• Communicate own team interests and collaborate across several teams
• Simplify and present complex analytical concepts & insights to a broader audiences
• Communicate and develop a strategic partnership at a cross data, product and business environment
• Translate related business requirements into constructive solution
• Identify improvement areas in the team’s ability to drive impact & develop actions plan accordingly
• Provide clear team plans, target , resources allocation, monitor and evaluate progress
• Understand company’s challenges (esp. related to area of work)
• Master the technical competency which related to their own area of work

Comms, SEO, Share, web to app, PWA, Media:

• power analysis on some related ongoing business initiatives
• data discrepancy alignment
• Gopay cicil supporting activities
• Gamification supporting activities
• Share - afiliate data innovation to distinguish the session and identify best approach increasing the rate
• forecast target support activities related to 2024 and upcoming period

CM, GM :

• Seller comms performance analysis
• new buyer segmentation initiatives
• propensity analysis on 2023 campaign, and solution creation on targeting reshaping
• automated forecasting
• dormant buyer activation
• increase buyer quality within order initiatives
• PLAY campaign targeting enhancement initiatives

IRIS Migration

• lead for related comms, seo, share, w2a,pwa,media, cm and gm iris migration
• Strategized, plan, and mitigate the risk for more than 7 billion hits GA into iris system
• Lead Dashboard replication development with new IRIS system which have more than 10 dashboard
• Conduct communication and coordination with stakeholders related to migration
• Lead the analysis on migration readiness, preparation, and monitoring

General Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ year of Data analytics experience is a plus

Specific Technical Requirements :

• Produce data visualization with a strong storytelling element.
• Strong data wrangling and data manipulation in R/ Python
• Intermediate statistics modelling utilization
• Create a statistical summary and inference (hypothesis testing: t-test, ANOVA, etc)
