Job Description

• Understand business objectives, initiatives, and opportunities and provide relevant analysis to support Business growth in Fintech (Landing, Insurance & Investment) and Payment Tribes.
• Lead team members to deliver analysis (deep dive, ad-hoc and proactive analysis), dashboard (including self-service analysis), and projects related to business and data initiatives.
• Work closely with upper management, Business, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to discuss business opportunities, optimization strategies and any potential issues to be solved.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs by aligning with respective units in terms of plan, expectation and delivery timeline.
• Help team members to solve complex problems, scoping, building analytics frameworks, and developing a high-performing culture.
• Construct and implement strategic decisions to improve the processes efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or any related field.
• 5+ years of Data Analytics/Strategic experience, with 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in building machine learning models (Clustering/Segmentation/ RFM Model, Predictive Modelling, A/B test mechanism) using Python or R.
• Experience in creating dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Data Studio/Looker); Data exploration using SQL language/BigQuery; and implementing Statistical knowledge in analysis.
• Having experience in the financial or consulting industry is a plus.
• Experience working with senior management with proven communication skills and analytical knowledge.
