What You’ll Get to Do:

• CACI is seeking an intern to work with a team of Data Scientists and Researchers to work in our R&D lab in the Denver, CO area. This internship will have a hybrid work schedule. The intern will be a member of a software development team supporting a large, multi-delivery, multi-year development contract supporting national and tactical requirements. Responsible for assisting with design analysis, problem solving/trouble shooting, determining, and implementing solutions to a variety of challenging data science problems.

More About the Role:

• Work within a cross-disciplinary team to research new applications of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning analytics. Responsible for implementing experiments by leveraging open source and custom tools and techniques. Use critical thinking to assess deficiencies in existing solutions or expert system-based applications and provide recommendations for improvement.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Self-starter. Quick to learn and put new skills to use.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Pursing a degree in Computer Science or Mathematics is preferred
• Experience with the software development lifecycle to include requirements definition and testing.
• SharePoint usage experience.
• Ability to write and execute SQL statements.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,900.00 - $79,900.00
