Job Description

CACI is seeking a Computer Scientist (Senior) to perform and manage the production of various products in coordination with project and program leadership. This position will support assessment of capabilities, intentions, and vulnerabilities of technologies, communication and weapon systems, and other capabilities of current and future foreign ground forces to include research, development, employment, and operations.

More About the Role:

• You will have the opportunity to research and evaluate the technical requirements to implementing new techniques (e.g. the convergence of AI and Cyber)
• You will also enhance the general utility of information assurance tools (hardware / software) and methodologies to attack or protect advanced information, networking, and communications infrastructure from harmful or malicious behavior, especially in foreign systems and their software.
• As part of our team, you provide expertise, knowledge, and skills to evaluate the development, modification, and application of hardware and software (including embedded software) information, security tools, methods, and techniques; computer emergency response policies and procedures; systems analysis; and computer architecture and networking. 
• To support our customer, you facilitate the production and dissemination of scientific and technical intelligence and general military intelligence relating to foreign ground forces research, development, systems, and operations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. Must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• MA/MS degree in a related scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience as a Computer Scientist on DoD related programs and projects
• Ability to conduct analysis and produce comprehensive technical assessments that include independent research and technical writing.
• Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on research objectives defined by the client
• Working knowledge of R, Python and MatLab; SQL

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience with the NGIC and its production processes and IC databases
• Understanding of Office of the Dir of National Intel (ODNI) Analytic Standards ICD 203 and ICD 206
• Experience in DoD Science and Technology (S/T) offices
