Qualifications

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in technology (ideally marketing technology), ideally with exposure to machine learning, AI and large language models.
  • 7+ years experience in product management
  • Ability to work in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirements environment
  • Excellent communications skills, with experience communicating across internal and external groups with varying degrees of technical background
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Annalect is searching for a product leader to drive the integration of generative AI into our overall product set. This is a unique position offering the tremendous exposure and access to a truly transformative piece of the technology ecosystem, and an opportunity to evolve marketing in unique and unprecedented ways. This includes the development of custom Language Models to drive Gen AI use cases, and the product management of applications and data pipelines to enable powerful user interactions. The ideal candidate will be driven by the opportunity to have a meaningful impact the core capabilities of one of the world’s largest marketing services companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Technology team to identify infrastructure investments, third-party technologies, and architectural enhancements that will enable a highly available and scalable service
  • Coordination with specialized product tracks to integrate and drive Generative AI use cases across the product portfolio.
  • Work directly with on and offshore Tech Ops and Development teams using the Agile Scrum method
  • Support Product Marketing as a product SME to inform development of marketing materials, including development of positioning, persona development, use case definition, and communication strategy

Compensation Range: $119,000 to $170,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on

 relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living)

. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role,
