Team Overview:

The Audience Strategy and Analytics team is a group of individuals who bring a suite of audience solutions to our Nissan client. This a team that works with various business units (Media Strategy, Activation, Creative Strategy) and Nissan clients. This team is highly innovative always looking to evolve and learn in this ever change environment and we are looking for someone to come join us!

As an analyst on the Audience Strategy and Analytics team you will be tasked with sharing audience insights, aid in the consistent evolve of audience strategy and develop and you will also work closely with key stakeholders to uncover audience opportunities.


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of analytical experience with a background in the media industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields.
  • Familiarity with various platform solutions and web analytics tools (i.e DSP, DMP, DCM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI
  • Understanding of qualitative tools and quantitative research practices
  • Knowledge and experience with syndicated research resources/tools (i.e. ComScore, GWI, Nielsen, GfK, MRI etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills are a must especially communicating complex concepts to internal and external teams
  • Excellent collaboration skills are a must
  • Analytical, evaluative, innovative thinker that likes to solve problem
  • SQL programming is a bonus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal teams to help provide them with audience insights and intelligence to make data driven decisions
  • Manage mid-level client relationships, inclusive of supporting on audience strategy and development, presentation, and contextualization approach, etc.
  • Present complex concepts to client and internal team in a simple way
  • Work closely with data scientists through audience development process to employ proper check and balances and collaborate on innovate audience approaches
  • Build robust audience profiles that will be used for media and creative planning
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to understand challenge and objectives to develop analytic approaches to meet those objectives
  • Help develop audience tests and assign appropriate measurement solutions for learnings
  • Maintain audience activation processes and taxonomy to ensure smooth audience execution
  • Work with marketing partners to develop innovative strategies for audience insights and development
  • Expert project management, multi-tasking, organizational, and process-oriented skills a must; Identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape

Compensation Range: $52,500 to $75,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).

The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
