About the internship Program
The Annalect internship program offers an excellent opportunity to network with industry leaders and enhance your on-the-job knowledge. During the internship, you will work on projects that will be utilized across our teams and applications. We will also host a variety of events designed to give you essential skills to guide you on your career journey. This program is a great way to jumpstart your career development and establishing meaningful relationships.
This is a full-time internship position expected to start around June 2024 through August 2024
We will begin reaching out and scheduling interviews with selected candidates early in 2024.

About The Teams
Marketing Science Team
The Marketing Science Team is a group of individuals who bring a suite of solutions to one of our industry’s most coveted clients. This is a tenured team of motivated people who are service-focused and always learning. Key focus areas of this group are Marketing Mix Modelling and Multi-touch Attribution. This highly visible team works closely with other Omnicom agency domain experts to support their data-related needs and assists in presenting strategic insights and results.
Marketing Intelligence Team
The Marketing Intelligence team is responsible for supporting new reporting pipelines, oversight of performance reporting engagements, and ensuring proper integration into business intelligence technologies. This role will work in tandem with (and in support of) agency leads to ensure success and ownership across their entire client portfolio, while supporting advertiser-specific customization, technology, and data requirements.
Data Science Team
We are a team of engaged, data-curious professionals who continuously seek new and improved ways to learn from our extensive data assets. We share ideas, code, outcomes, and credit for our collective efforts. We're looking for explorative, independent data scientists to grow with us as we tackle ever-changing challenges.

Responsibilities
Marketing Science Internship
You will learn how to work with production code bases and translate data into visualization models that will be used on actual client projects. You will team up with our respected managers who are a wealth of knowledge and experience who will assist and guide you through various projects and scenarios.
Marketing Intelligence Internship
In this role, you will evaluate different data governance models, learn to use Datorama for master data governance, and gather business rules to match and align our data. Data Governance is a form of data management that focuses on organizations' ability to ensure that Data Quality is excellent throughout the lifecycle of the data. The fundamentals of Data Governance include usability, taxonomical accuracy, availability, data security, and data integrity.
Data Science Internship
As a member of the Annalect data science team, you will work with client team strategists and media buyers to create solutions that shape the strategic direction of your client’s marketing plans through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with other data scientists to build new utilities, improve methodologies, and explore a wide variety of datasets.
Benefits to Internship
Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on
relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living)
