In this assignment you will determine what is meant by 'optimal planning' and which factors play a role in this. You determine how the available data can be used to arrive at a plan and which technology is a good match. Think of machine learning, AI, or an old-fashioned well-written algorithm. What information is missing from the dataset to enable even better planning?

You prove that optimal planning can be achieved through a PoC.
