As a Senior Data Scientist you are the first point of contact for Data Science-related questions within our DevOps teams. Both for team members and for the customer. You start projects independently and ensure that projects are delivered on time and put into production. You analyze large amounts of (big) data. You devise, train and implement predictive models and smart algorithms. Models that interact in real time with end users such as a “my environment”. You interpret results and advise the business.

In addition to your professional input, you also identify opportunities in ongoing Data & AI assignments with customers or within Info Support. You ensure that things like Big Data, Machine Learning and Deep Learning come to life and become understandable for all stakeholders involved. In your position you have the freedom to explore with your colleagues what the world will look like in a few weeks, months or years. Together you will look for new ways and original solutions and let data answer questions that have never been asked before.

What do you offer Info Support?

As a Senior Data Scientist you are a frontrunner within your field. You have very good communication skills. You get energy from sharing knowledge, you inspire and enthuse. You have a great passion for everything that is data driven and promote the field within and outside Info Support. You support a team of data specialists (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.), but you also feel comfortable developing software and working with CI/CD pipelines. Furthermore required:

• a combination of knowledge of Data Science and Software Development on the one hand and mastery of didactic skills on the other;
• knowledge of the latest developments in the field;
• experience with the programming languages ​​Python, SQL, NoSQL, Java or C#;
• experience with AI methods such as Machine learning, Deep learning, statistical models;
• you take a leading role towards our customers;
• you not only have clear customer expectations, but you also have an overview of the risks;
• at least 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a Data Scientist;
• solid experience in data analysis and reporting environments;
• you are able to bind people and direct them in a coaching manner and you know how to promote self-management.
