The Data Analyst for Automation is responsible for automating data analytics tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, designing and developing automated solutions, and testing and implementing these solutions. The Data Analyst for Automation also works with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and to ensure that the automated solutions meet these needs.

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst for Automation will analyze components of the Industrial Security Program and provide improvements to automate data analytics tasks and processes. By automating these tasks, our goal is to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency and scalability

Job Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation in data analytics tasks and processes.

• Design and develop automated solutions, using programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.

• Test and implement automated solutions, and monitor their performance to ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes.

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and to ensure that the automated solutions meet these needs.

• Document and maintain automated solutions.

• Train and support users of automated solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and/or SQL.

• Experience with data visualization tools.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP

• Experience with Google Workspace

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Security Clearance Required

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time​
