In the AI&Analytics Solutions team, we want to ensure that we bring smart decision making (human augmentation or automated) to the forefront of our processes/pathways by building a data and experimentation culture that can ultimately become a competitive advantage in the rapidly changing world of Today.

Do you want to get involved and build a competitive ML data product? Are you eager to get business value from data?

As a member of the AI&Analytics Solutions team, you strive to develop solutions using Big Data and AI (ML) technologies. You work closely with the data scientists and actively participate in innovation initiatives at AXA. You perform proofs of concept using data analytics and machine learning techniques. You also provide support in the industrialization of models and their application in production; you apply the best practices that enable the evolution of code and modeling techniques (MLOps).

As a machine learning engineer:

• you work closely together and support the data scientists of the team;
• you design and implement ML systems;
• you apply the MLOps principles throughout the end-to-end pipeline;
• you apply best practices to develop reusable assets across the full scope of AXA.

Your Profile

As a machine learning engineer you have:

• at least two years of experience
• a master's degree in engineering or IT;
• practical experience with Python and cloud computing;
• kennis van AWS Sagemaker, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Glue, Step Functions …
• experience in developing end-to-end solutions;
• notions of machine learning, statistics and optimization;
• Knowledge of French or Dutch and very good knowledge of English.

You are also:

• results-oriented;
• able to make developments at the intersection of business needs and the technical nature of new technologies;
• keen to learn on the job and benefit from the experience of your colleagues;
• willing to test and apply machine learning algorithms to real use cases;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• able to identify problems and solve them proactively;
• excellent documentation skills;
• able to work in a team.
