Job Description

The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. • Work closely with FP&A team to gather accurate information for budgeting, forecasting and track business financial performance for different cross-border programmes and business units
• Provide insightful P&L analysis reports to senior management in a timely manner
• Develop models for business planning and leverage on BI tools for dashboarding the cross-border performance metrics (eg: revenue and Management KPIs)
• Proactively partner with relevant stakeholders (finance and business operations) to identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Planning and Analysis background 
• Degree in Business or any related discipline
• Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking & sophisticated analytical and data visualisation skills 
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, SQL proficiency is an advantage
