Job Description:

  • Leverage data to extract insights to mitigate/reduce fraudulent activities for Thailand market
  • Perform analysis to discover and understand fraud behaviors from customer, merchant, and driver side in order to prevent damage to the company
  • Build, maintain, and propose fraud rules in response to the continuously evolving fraud behaviors
  • Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to mitigate emerging fraud risks through a collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting fraud metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data-focused role such as product analytics, business analytics, business operations, or data science
  • Risk / fraud / payments experience
  • Minimum 3 years of SQL experience
  • Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical modeling a plus
  • Strong communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Creative problem solving, strong critical thinking, and a get things done mentality
  • Hands-on and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Native Thai and fluent English
