Job Description
Job Description:
- Leverage data to extract insights to mitigate/reduce fraudulent activities for Thailand market
- Perform analysis to discover and understand fraud behaviors from customer, merchant, and driver side in order to prevent damage to the company
- Build, maintain, and propose fraud rules in response to the continuously evolving fraud behaviors
- Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to mitigate emerging fraud risks through a collaborative approach with stakeholders.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting fraud metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a data-focused role such as product analytics, business analytics, business operations, or data science
- Risk / fraud / payments experience
- Minimum 3 years of SQL experience
- Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical modeling a plus
- Strong communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Creative problem solving, strong critical thinking, and a get things done mentality
- Hands-on and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Native Thai and fluent English
