The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. About the Team:

The Data & Analytics team turns data into actionable insights that drive business value by leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies to collect, process, and analyze large and complex data. 

Data & Analytics Sr associate is the most high-level maturity in data analysis before the Y career chooses (specialist or management), in this position, the mission already is to execute strategic analysis with consultive impact on the business, utilizing and improving the technology solutions and teach the less experienced peers how to improve their skills.

• Understand stakeholders' requests, problems, and goals and be capable to identify if the deliverable answer the question, solve problems, and how to predict future necessity proactively;
• Participate and lead strategic analysis that impacts the business direction;
• Build a good relationship with stakeholders and peers to create confidence, inclusion, and active participation in business and technological decisions.

Expected Results: Be a reference in analytical tasks to the business, collaborate actively with insights and statistical views to direct the business to better data-informed decisions. Be a reference for the team and less experienced peers, teaching and guiding in knowledge areas.

• Be a specialist in health metrics and each connection with actions being capable to make inferences in improvements or decreasing, and connecting them with business goals and necessities. Use it to help strategically the business team, demonstrating using data where and why are the better ways to follow;
• Can understand the business operation, tasks, and direction and how to connect data with each one in a way to act consultative to show the possible ways to follow to all stakeholders and peers;
• Have good precision to develop solutions to the problems presented by the business team identifying what is the cause and how to solve and prevent it;
• Act strategically to prioritize the solutions considering impact and effort.

Expected Results: Act strategically with business and data domains to participate in the business team routine building a big impact using technological and statistical solutions to help the team to achieve goals and targets.

• Be able to develop effective storytelling using advanced data visualization skills that impact the stakeholders;
• Can understand the necessity to automate data pipelines using best practices to do effectivity and scalable workflows to improve processes and solutions;
• Can improve the company's data standards and help the team to implement acting as a process facilitator;
• Be capable of being agile to execute advanced and organized codes with good performance thinking about scalability and efficiency and how they connect with future and data necessities.

Expected Results: Be able to implement scalable and efficient technical solutions that can impact the stakeholders and be an evangelizer of standards and good practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, business);
• Knowledge of data analysis languages (e.g. SQL, Python);
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers and big data environments;
• Knowledge in data modeling, preparation, and manipulation;
• Experience with some data visualization tools to report data;
• Experience with business stakeholder management and business challenges;
• Advanced English
• At least 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analytics-related roles;
• Availability to work in hybrid format (3 times a week in the office, located in the Faria Lima region).
