The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards that provide insights and support decision-making across various departments overseen by the BDA team (Retail & Fulfillment, Shopee Mall, Special Projects). You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that automate data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and visualization processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of reporting and automation solutions.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that automate data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and visualization processes
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using various reporting and visualization tools, such as Google spreadsheets, and internal Data Studio tools.
• Develop and maintain automated data processing and analysis pipelines using programming languages, such as Python or R, and data manipulation tools, such as SQL or Excel
• Collaborate with data teams to integrate data from various sources and develop data interfaces that support automation solutions
• Monitor the performance of reporting and automation solutions and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals
• Train business users on how to use reporting and automation solutions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest reporting and automation technologies and trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in a reporting or automation role
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and data manipulation tools such as SQL or Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
