Conduct independent and collaborative scientific studies and research related to the care of the trauma injured patient. As a Trauma Clinical Research Specialist you will lead all aspects of trauma research from study design and protocol development, to study execution and data capture, to data analysis and publication. Collaborate and consult in the management of complex patient and family care by demonstrating clinical expertise within the Trauma Program through the integration of advanced skills, knowledge, competencies, and practice. You will have the opportunity to work directly with patients to capture patient-reported outcomes (PROs) data during all phases of patient care. You will be expected to lead the creation and production of high-impact journal publications and conference presentations. You may also work on select industry-sponsored research studies to support enrolling patients into one or more clinical trials. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can collaborate with medical staff leadership, and independently work to drive projects to completion. We are interested in people with a passion for research and a desire to improve clinical care.
