Job Purpose
The Customer Performance Lab supports the Customer Digital Experience and Customer Service and the Customer Billing and Collections teams with data insights on digital channels and operations for continuous improvement opportunities across process, performance, and digital portfolios in the Customer Organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for using their knowledge of data processing, requirement gathering skills in support of report development and data analysis. Their duties include collaborating with business stakeholders, CDP and other data professionals, IT to facilitate report development, data analysis, SQL scripting, validation, and Power BI report creation. Overall help support business initiatives’ reporting deliverables across Customer Process and Digital Experience.
