Job Purpose
The Lead Digital Analyst is responsible for supporting the business/operations work stream within the multi-disciplinary digital product team structure, participating in the agile-based incubation and commercialization process (Build, Learn, Adapt). Working with business subject matter experts (SMEs), this role supports the Product Lead and Digital team on product implementations that achieve product vision and benefits. Key competencies include ability to perform and lead data analysis assignments, ability to pull together content for a cohesive presentation, provide process improvement recommendations, and has the technical ability to utilize various analytical tools.
