Job Description

In this role, you would drive the roadmap and business objectives for how Truveta builds the world’s most extensive cloud-based clinical image and multimodal data store adhering to industry standards. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding the diverse needs of customers across several unique use cases for clinical images, including cost-effective data storage, image availability for clinical research, as well as integration of technologies within a variety of workflows. Long term, you will guide the strategy for devising and implementing AI models to analyze these images for research applications, ensuring alignment with the latest industry advancements. In collaboration with stakeholders and incorporating industry standards, you will devise and articulate the roadmap for our imaging strategy to customers and healthcare members.

  • Is very detail oriented and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and dive directly into the data if needed to better understand our products and needs of customers
  • Loves working in a fast-paced environment with numerous moving parts
  • Is energized through cross-team collaboration and building products with a large set of stakeholders
  • Is an excellent written and oral communicator ranging from customer-facing scenarios to highly-technical internal conversations

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leading product management with successful track record in of creating and growing new businesses in software services.
  • Direct experience designing product experiences for consumers and enterprise customers.
  • Direct experience building cloud-based services/solutions for multi tenants.
  • 5+ years of leading product management with successful track record in shipping VNA, PACS or similar solutions with strong understanding of healthcare standards pertinent to multimodal data (DICOM, DIMSE, HL7).
  • Familiarity with open-source resources/tools in medical imaging.
  • Understanding of how AI technologies can advance research, diagnosis, and analysis pertaining to medical images.
  • Able to work with teams on west coast hours. We celebrate and embrace a distributed team that works well together remotely and meets at least twice per year in person.

  • The base pay for this position is $202,000 to $251,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
