This Opportunity  

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision to incorporate cutting edge AI technologies including LLMs and NLP in Truveta Studio, the most comprehensive healthcare analytics platform for scientifically rigorous research. You will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy to help clinical researchers perform research assisted by AI as well as train models on top of massive amounts of data, enabling them to unlock actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for understanding the research needs of our customers and how AI technologies can accelerate how Truveta meets and exceeds these needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a compelling product strategy for AI capabilities within Truveta Studio, aligning it with company objectives.
  • AI Expertise: Stay informed about AI trends to continue building your expertise in the area and collaborate with technical teams to leverage these technologies effectively.
  • User Experience: Create intuitive user experiences for training AI models on Truveta data, working with design teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical informaticists, research, customer success, and sales/marketing teams to drive product development and adoption.
  • Stakeholder communication: Foster clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via excellent written and oral communication ranging from customer-facing scenarios to highly technical internal conversations.
  • Product usage metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of AI features and make data-driven optimization decisions

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management including taking an AI-focused area to market demonstrating a solid understanding of applying AI technologies in solving a business & customer problem. 
  • Expertise in healthcare data is preferred (e.g EHR, claims, imaging, genetics) with understanding of the power of AI technologies in advancing healthcare analytics
  • Able to work with teams on west coast hours. We celebrate and embrace a distributed team that works well together remotely and meets at least twice per year in person.

  • The base pay for this position is $181,000 to $250,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
