You will be responsible for understanding the research needs of our customers and how users leverage work done by other researchers including research in their organization or Truveta community. You’ll own the vision and roadmap for Truveta Prose, become an active user using your data analytics skills and play a key role in being an evangelist for the language within the Truveta community of researchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Roadmap Vision: Develop and execute a compelling product roadmap for Truveta Prose, with the goal of exploring Truveta Data and defining patient cohorts easier. Your technical horsepower will allow you to be an active user of the language to explore and analyze Truveta Data and become an evangelist by creating examples to solve real use-cases.
  • Data Discovery and Exploration: Lead the product's data discovery and exploration features to enable researchers to understand and explore Truveta Data and uncover valuable insights from healthcare data.
  • User Experience: Create intuitive and efficient user experiences for building patient cohorts using Truveta Prose and for data discovery and exploration. Collaborate closely with our design teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, clinical informaticists, research, customer success, and sales/marketing teams to drive product development and adoption.
  • Stakeholder communication: Foster clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via excellent written and oral communication ranging from customer-facing scenarios to highly technical internal conversations.
  • Product metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of your features and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on owning a technical area, user experience, and data analytics.
  • Experience in driving a programming language or shipping SDKs will be a great asset to be successful in this role.
  • Data analytics abilities as well as understanding of statistical methods will allow you to put yourselves in the shoes of our users and become an evangelist.
  • Expertise in healthcare data is preferred (e.g EHR, claims, imaging, genetics) with understanding of the power of AI technologies in advancing healthcare analytics.
  • Able to work with teams on west coast hours. We celebrate and embrace a distributed team that works well together remotely and meets at least twice per year in person.
