We are seeking full-stack software engineers who:

• Have proven experience in the search space and a deep understanding of index generation and index serving
• Has some knowledge of how to build and query into large knowledgeable graphs
• Can create innovative search solutions that meet evolving customer requirements
• Are quick learners and can demonstrate the ability to trade-off optimization, complexity and time to ship
• Has knowledge and experience in using and designing distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs and consumption experiences
• Can guide workstreams, mentor and inspire junior developers and cultivate a positive work environment
• Strict adherence to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation
• Willingness to commit to ongoing training on key topics like privacy, ethics, and security

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building production quality software in a team setting
• 5+ years of experience working on large scale search systems
• Familiarity with building document processing pipelines, classification systems, NLP, etc.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
