We are looking for a BI developer to join our Analytics team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to work on developing BI solutions for the next generation of company products. The team consists of 6 people and is reporting to the BI Development Manager. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in developing end-to-end BI solutions, something we offer to users as part of Ex Libris products. This includes gathering requirements, designing, developing, and rolling out classical reporting and BI solutions.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• B.Sc. in computer science or Software Engineering Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of experience with relational database development (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools and ETL processes
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL or T-SQL
• High level of English and Hebrew – both written and spoken

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Experience with OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) / DV (Oracle Data Visualization) – advantage.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Highly motivated, self-learner.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle SQL performance tuning and database administration –advantage.
• Experience in developing Machine Learning models.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Design, code, test, maintain, and document end-to-end BI solutions, including ETL, semantic layer, metadata, reports, and report definitions.
• Assist in the design of data warehouses and databases to ensure interoperability and scalability with BI solutions.

About the Team

The BI developer is part of an agile-based BI development team, which develops the BI solutions for the next-generation products of the company.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model

This is a full-time position.
