Job Description

The Lead Data Analyst, Real-World Data provides high quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. They are comfortable working with data and business processes to enable business opportunities and enhance the member and customer experience. Responsible for quality and service to the client and ensuring clients obtains maximum value from Clarivate products and services.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s or master’s level degree in science or engineering or in any other related business field; Or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 4+ years of management experience, including data validation and standards as well as data processes

It would be great if you also had...

  • Post-undergraduate studies, graduate studies in a quantitative or medical discipline.
  • Healthcare data experience: Demonstrated background in using healthcare data in a project setting. Relevant data types include insurance claims data (diagnoses, procedures, physician/hospital data) or electronic health records (free-text analysis, lab results).

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Clarivate’s RWD clients and maintaining the client relationship to ensure customer delight.
  • Works with team to define project parameters, creating client-ready deliverables with support
  • Consistently follows project governance structure and SOPs and meets project on-time, on-budget requirements
  • Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
  • Partners with clients to derive optimal value from Clarivate’s RWD services, ensuring a seamless flow of client requirements through the delivery services process.
  • Serves as project leader between the client and Clarivate’s RWD – translates client needs into action plans with the internal service team.
  • Determines responsibilities and timeframes and negotiates resources with internal departments.
  • Performs full assessments of client needs on a regular basis.

As part of a team of 9 – Combination of Analysts, Senior Analysts, Lead Analysts – you will be part of a highly collaborative group. This team is involved in high-visibility projects that feed directly into the development of strategy and revenue generation.
