Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team. If you have experience in the Real World Data/Life Sciences industry and have done data modeling, statistics, trend analysis for reporting services, and designing expertise in data warehouse, data marts, or business intelligence (BI) enterprise reporting, then we would love to talk to you!

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in Epidemiology, biostatistics, quantitative analysis, health informatics, economics, or similar quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience working with Real World Data (US healthcare claims, EHR, etc.)
• 3 + years of experience generating Real World Data evidence (Healthcare data analysis, benefits and/or risks of medical therapies/pharmaceuticals).
• 2+ years of experience working with clients

It would be great if you also had...

• Master’s degree, PhD, or graduate-level research/analytical experience using Real World Data
• Understanding of the challenges analyzing Real World Data
• Understanding of the US healthcare system
• SQL, Python, R, or SAS
• Consulting experience
• Enjoy problem solving via quantitative approaches

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead individual RWD custom analytics projects with an understanding of project requirements, develop solutions, accountable for quality of deliverables
• follow organizational processes & best practices, and delivers projects while ensuring client satisfaction
• Design analytical solutions, operational processes and ensures quality of reports & dashboards
• Narrate stories to technical audience about data, methods used in data analysis and summarization
• Coach/mentor junior members of the team to take on additional tasks in the project
• Regularly sought out by colleagues for relevant knowledge and expertise.
• Establish expertise in multiple technical areas such as SQL, Statistics, SAS, Python, Tableau, etc., and a command in multiple dataset types
• Develop content/code libraries and contributes to the development of offerings for our clients

• Hours of work: Full time, permanent

• Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required.We are a highly motivated team of 30+ business analytics, biostatistics, epidemiology, and data science professionals distributed across three countries, working together to provide analytics and insights using Clarivate’s RWD product for pharmaceutical, biopharma, and MedTech clients.
